When you list your home with me, I will provide at no charge to you (the seller), coverage for your home through American Home Shield.  The coverage protects you as long as your home is listed with me and then will transfer to the new homeowner for a period of coverage for one year upon conveyance of the deed. 
This is an excellent selling advantage and makes your home more attractive to prospective buyers knowing they have peace of mind
from costly repairs the first year in their new home*

When buying a home through me, not only are you benefiting from 
the knowledge of a Certified Buyer Representative
but I will also purchase a home warranty plan for you that covers
you for one year when you close on your new home!

*DISCLAIMER - Not all systems and appliances are covered; please read your contract that details specific coverage, exclusions and limitations.  A Trade Service Call Fee applies to each visit by a contractor for each covered service.  This fee covers any additional contractor visits required for the same breakdown within 60 days of the original service date. This fee is the responsibility of the client.
